Welcome to Hotel Anchal Palace

These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at Hotel Anchal Palace. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

Reservation & Booking

• Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website booking form
• All reservations are subject to availability
• A confirmation will be sent to you via phone/WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed
• Advance payment or deposit may be required for confirmed bookings
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Special requests (room preferences, extra bed, etc.) are subject to availability

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Guests checking in before 2:00 PM may be charged for the previous night
• Late check-out beyond 11:00 AM may be charged at an hourly rate or full day rate

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of check-in or check-out
• We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Debit/Credit Cards
• All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, damages, or policy violations

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in date are free
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be charged one night's room rate
• No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in full booking amount being charged
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days

House Rules

General Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests
• Any form of misconduct or disturbance may result in immediate eviction without refund
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
• Outside alcohol is not permitted on hotel premises
• Violation of smoking policy will result in a cleaning fee of ₹2,000

Visitors

• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms
• All visitors must register at the front desk
• Unregistered visitors found in rooms may result in additional charges

Room & Property

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property
• Room keys/cards must be returned at check-out; lost keys will be charged ₹500
• Do not remove any hotel property from the room
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities

Pet Policy

Hotel Anchal Palace is a pet-friendly hotel. However, the following conditions apply:

• Pets must be declared at the time of booking
• A refundable pet deposit may be required
• Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas
• Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets
• Pets should not be left unattended in rooms

Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests' belongings
• Valuables can be deposited at the front desk for safekeeping
• The hotel is not liable for any injury or accident occurring on the premises unless caused by negligence on the part of the hotel
• Parking is provided at guests' own risk

Right of Admission

Hotel Anchal Palace reserves the right to refuse admission or evict any guest without explanation. This includes but is not limited to cases of:

• Failure to provide valid identification
• Disorderly conduct or disturbance
• Violation of hotel policies
• Non-payment of dues
• Any illegal activity

Force Majeure

Hotel Anchal Palace shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable district.

Changes to Terms

Hotel Anchal Palace reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
